Before Bright Spark Legal Pvt Ltd, he worked with a renowned Chartered Accountancy firm in North Gujarat for nearly five years and also served as an Auditor with a large Co-operative Institution, gaining in-depth exposure to diverse sectors. 
Throughout his career, Mr. Luhar has developed strong expertise in Statutory & Tax Audits of Corporates and Non Corporate Entities, Internal Audits, and Audits of Nationalised and Co-operative Banks. He has successfully managed multiple assignments in Project Finance across varied industries, earning recognition for delivering effective financial solutions. At Bright Spark Legal, he spearheads the firm's Project Finance and Government Subsidies practice areas, where his guidance and execution are highly valued by MSME clients.

She is currently working as a Junior Assistant in Accounting, where she actively manages day-to-day accounting tasks. Her responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, handling vouchers and entries, and assisting in routine compliance requirements. Through this role, she has developed a practical understanding of accounting processes and strengthened her ability to work with precision. 
With one year of experience in accounting, Miss Pooja is steadily enhancing her expertise in bookkeeping, financial documentation, and basic taxation matters.
