Managing Director

Mr. Nitin T. Luhar serves as the Managing Director of Bright Spark Legal Pvt. Ltd., bringing more than a decade of extensive professional experience in Project Finance, Business Funding Solutions, Management Consultancy, Taxation, Auditing, and Financial Advisory Services. With strong expertise in Project Finance and structured funding solutions, he specializes in assisting MSMEs, startups, and growing enterprises in securing Term Loans, Working Capital Finance, Machinery Funding, Cash Credit Facilities, and other customized business finance solutions through Nationalised and Co-operative Banks. He is also highly experienced in Government Subsidy Consultancy and MSME Benefit Advisory Services, helping businesses identify and avail various Central and State Government subsidy schemes, incentives, and financial benefits designed to support industrial growth and expansion.

Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Mr. Luhar was associated with a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm in North Gujarat for nearly five years, where he gained extensive exposure in taxation, auditing, financial compliance, and advisory services. He also served as an Auditor with a prominent Co-operative Institution, strengthening his expertise in financial governance, banking compliance, and institutional auditing. Throughout his professional journey, he has successfully handled Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, and Banking Audits for Corporate as well as Non-Corporate entities across diverse sectors, including Nationalised and Co-operative Banks.

At Bright Spark Legal Pvt. Ltd., he currently leads the firm's Project Finance, Business Funding, Government Subsidy, and Financial Consultancy divisions with a strong focus on delivering strategic financial solutions tailored to the needs of modern businesses. Ms. Daxa Chauhan

Director & HR Head

Ms. Daxa Chauhan is the Director & HR Head of Bright Spark Legal Pvt. Ltd., a firm established in 2018 with the vision of delivering reliable, professional, and client-focused legal and business consultancy services.

With a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to organizational excellence, she played a key role in laying the foundation of the company as Bright Spark Legal (OPC) Private Limited and successfully guided its transition into a Private Limited Company in May 2022, marking an important milestone in the firm's growth and expansion journey.

As the HR Head of the organization, Ms. Chauhan currently oversees Human Resource Management, Administration, Employee Coordination, and Internal Operations. She is actively involved in developing workplace policies, managing team engagement, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring smooth operational execution across the firm.

Her leadership reflects a strong understanding of professional ethics, operational management, and modern business practices, enabling the organization to maintain long-term professional relationships built on trust, transparency, and reliability. Her educational foundation has provided her with comprehensive expertise in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, GST, and Financial Management, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning.

With over five years of professional experience, Ms Usha has developed extensive practical knowledge in Accounts Management, Bookkeeping, GST, Income Tax Return Filing, and Financial Reporting. She has been actively involved in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and handling taxation matters with precision and efficiency.

Her expertise includes bookkeeping, ledger reconciliation, GST return preparation, income tax-related work, financial statement preparation, and assisting businesses with structured accounting and taxation solutions.
